This is more than a post, it’s a masterclass in calling authoritarianism by its name. Bold, unflinching, and fiercely articulate. Thank you for raising the volume when silence would be complicity.

Fantastic article! Definitely speaks to truth, something we are desperately lacking in journalism these days! 💙

Spot on, again. Trump’s lawless disorder will be our downfall if we don’t get our shit together.

Trump 2.0, his winged monkeys, and most of their philosophy of governing can be summed up in two words: intentional cruelty.

I posted a piece about The Heritage Foundation’s long history in Republican politics a few weeks ago that spliced their history from their creation in 1973 through to today. For more than a year leading up to the last election I was sharing details elsewhere about their ties to Trump and how he became their intentional ‘front man’, designed even before he took point on the birther conspiracy to rile up the White Nationalist movement behind him, to include the fact that “MAGA” was on Reagan campaign buttons in ‘80. Almost no one cared until recently but now we’re not even behind the proverbial 8-ball, we’re underneath the wrecking ball. DC insiders knew, Project 2025 was published in 2022 and followed Project 2021, 2017, 2013, 2009 … going all the way back to Project 1981. I appreciate this piece and you get to thank that @TomJoad guy for sharing this for me to find.
